Blog Tour de Troops is HERE!

November 11, 2011

This Veteran’s Day weekend, over four days, 50 plus authors are thanking our troops for keeping our country safe and free.

Ready for over 50 free ebooks?

YAY! Because every commenter on each listed blog, each day, gets that author’s participating ebook FREE!

Not only do you get it, but one goes to a troop for every single unique commenter. So send a friend! Not only do you and they score a 5 star read, a troop gets one, too.

Talk about freedom! Let’s make it ring book lover style this Veterans Day!

I posted about this on the Barnes & Noble Free NOOKbook summary thread. I posted on my facebook also. I love this idea! I participated in the Memorial Day event and was thrilled to find out they had over 10,000 comments. Hopefully, a new record setting number of books will be sent to our heroic men and women in uniform! I know I will be commenting. I’m gonna try to get all my family members to participate also.

Have fun everyone! And as a former Navy Brat – thank you so much for doing this for our awesome soldiers!

This is a wonderful idea! I wish I would have seen it sooner. I would definitely have put in my book! But, no matter, I will leave as many comments as possible to ensure that our troops get some good reads. 🙂

An amazing day so far with Blog Tour de Troops. It’s been wonderful to read so many comments on the blog. I’ve been moved, saddened, cheered, had my heart warmed and my soul touched but also had my throat constrict and my breath catch. One thing is for sure, it has made me realise how much there is to be thankful for, not just this weekend but every day of every year.

Thank you to IBC for running this and thank you to everyone who has been involved.
